Shipping

We only ship to your credit card billing address. If you would like your merchandise shipped to a third party, you must add that address to your credit card.

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Faster shipping will be automatically calculated by destination. For Hawaii & Alaska, we ship USPS Priority Mail. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Those orders will be shipped via USPS.

International orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Delivery time may vary per country. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes at delivery of the package. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer is responsible for any additional fees associated with return of the package. All International orders are Final Sales.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. If you place your order on the weekend, please allow 48 hours for your order to process. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

All custom shoe orders take approximately 14 business days to be hand made by our factory. Handmade shoes are one of kind so please expect at least 2-3 weeks to receive your order. If you need a RUSH order, please feel free to contact us [email protected] with your request. All custom orders are FINAL SALES. 

Returns

For all returns, please email your order number and reason for return to [email protected] and we will respond with instructions for your return within 24 hours.

Online Return Policy:  As of  August 2020, our return policy has changed. All shoes shown on the site are now made to order.  A one time exchange will be allowed on all unworn shoes, when accompanied by the original receipt, within 7 days of being delivered. Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original shoe box in brand new condition. Shipping will be the customers responsibility. If an exchange is not made, an online store credit will be issued and is valid for one year. We do not offer refunds.

Sale purchases along with special orders are considered a final sale and will not be exchanged. Since we guarantee the quality of our shoes, factory damages will be repaired when accompanied by the original receipt. We are not responsible for fit, comfort and normal wear and tear.
